Individual Eleven Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex S.A.C. 2ND GIG - Anime Review

As I’m a big fan of the Ghost in the Shell franchise, I thought that I would review this compilation movie of the second TV series of Ghost in the Shell. As I prefer the plot and atmosphere of G.I.S.T: S.A.C 2ND GIG over the first G.I.S.T: S.A.C TV series, I will admit that G.I.S.T: S.A.C. first TV series had better animation compared to G.I.S.T: S.A.C. 2NG GIG. Despite the runtime of two hours and forty-one minutes, this compilation movie doesn’t show the episode where Kazundo Goda uses Section 9 to deliver a briefcase in Dejima, but there’s nothing in the briefcase. This compilation movie also leaves out the episode where Hideo Kudo tries to assassinate the Prime Minister of Japan. I know not every plot point related to Kudo could be shown in this compilation movie, but that’s how the cookie crumbles. Overall, I enjoyed this compilation movie more than the first G.I.T.S: S.A.C 1st compilation movie. I would recommend this compilation movie if you want to watch/experience a good political thriller.
