The Laughing Man Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Anime Review
As I’m a big fan of the Ghost in the Shell franchise, I thought that I would review this compilation of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. I thought that the two hour and twenty minutes, is IMO about the right runtime for this compilation movie. As I like the complex episode Chat, Chat, Chat, this compilation movie doesn’t feature this episode at all, which sadness me. I feel that this compilation movie, doesn’t make the viewer want to watch the next episode, instead I feel that this compilation movie doesn’t succeed in wetting the appetite of the viewer IMO. I feel that this compilation movie IMO is a bit too long IMO, as even Yoko Kanno’s musical score can’t save this compilation movie for dragging a little bit, IMO. As I have recently rewatched Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex TV series, some of the standalone episode’s IMO are a nice breather from the Laughing Man plot episodes. Overall, I still enjoyed this movie compilation a lot, though I personally think the non-laughing man episodes are worth rewatching.
