Super Mario Galaxy - Movie Review

As I’m a fan of mainly animated films, and as I enjoyed the first Mario movie, this movie IMO wasn’t very good. As I grew up playing Nintendo systems, I got the majority of references in this movie. The element that I didn’t like about this film was the lack of consequences of this film. I thought that the film tried too hard in putting Super Mario references in this film. I thought that the end credit scenes were good, and I thought that the post credit scene was interesting. Overall, I thought that this movie was poorly directed, which is a shame IMO, as the first Super Mario movie didn’t try too hard in getting the Nintendo character personalities spot on. I thought that Bowser Junior’s character in this movie was all over the place, which lead this movie being inconsistent and forgettable.
