The Lord of the Rings Trilogy Marathon (Extended Edition) - Movie Review

As I’m a fan of good movies in general, I went to the cinemas two days ago and saw these three movies. I managed to watch the five-to-ten-minute introduction by Peter Jackson before the three movies started and watch every frame of all three extended editions of the Lord Of The Rings movie trilogy. As the cinema was a sellout two days ago, I thought that it was great that the movie Return Of The King showed how Sermon died in this movie, then being totally written out in this movie in the non-extended editions of this trilogy. The movie session had a half an hour break between each movie and went for a total of thirteen hours. Overall, I had a great time watching these movies, but it’s something I wouldn’t do very often, due to the long length of this movie trilogy. Overall, I prefer the extended editions over the final cut of this movies, as it gives the production and cast of characters, more time to develop and grow as a character.
