Batgirl: Mother - Comic Review

As I’m a big fan of Cassandra Cain and I have read the majority of comic book stories with Cassandra Cain in them. I have kindly decided to check out the latest adventure of Cassandra Cain. This trade paperback has Cassandra Cain dealing with Lady Shiva, who is Cassandra Cain’s mother. This trade paperback deals with more of the lore of a blue rose, that can be found in the start of the Batman Begins, live action movie. This trade paperback also deals more with the League of Shadows lore, and new allies and villains. the trade paperback ends with Cassandra Cain searching to find Benjamin Turner, and more information about the Jade Tiger. I thought that the art was solid, the actions scenes are well thought out, and the characterizing good. I managed to read this trade paperback in one sitting, due to few and far between comic issues with Cassanddra Can or Stephaine Brown starring in their own comic book singles run. I would recommend this trade paperback to fans of Cassandra Cain.
