Detective Conan Movie 9: Strategy Above the Depths-Anime Review

As I’m a casual fan of the Detective Conan franchise, I thought that this movie was good. What I particular liked about this movie, is that there are two criminals, instead of one criminal in this movie. I really enjoyed the hand-to-hand combat that Mouri and the second criminal. This movie’s plot deals with Conan opening a fifteen-year-old case, where the setting is a cruise ship. I thought that the cast’s casual and formal clothes looked good IMO. I particular enjoyed the scene where there’s an insert song playing in the background, while some of the cast is looking for Ran. Overall, I had a good time with this movie, and I can’t wait to see how the next Detective Conan movie will play out.
