Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society - Anime Review

As I’m a big fan of the two Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex TV series, I thought that this television movie sequel was simply fantastic. This television film is a sequel to the Ghost in the Shell: 2nd GIG television series and has Togasu leading section nine, in place of Motoko Kusanagi. I won’t talk too much about the plot of this television film, but the scene in the movie where Togasu and his daughter are at the hospital, simply had my full attention. I thought that the music by Yoko Kanno was simply fantastic, and Production’s I.G’s production values for this television film simply delivered in all areas, IMO. If you’re a casual fan of anime of simply a fan of the Ghost in the Shell franchise, this television film is a must watch, and worth your time and attention.
