Summer Wars - Anime Review

As I’m a fan of anime movies, mainly due to their larger budgets, I thought that this movie was solid. This movie is another MadHouse X Mamoru Hosoda team up, and this movie goes for around one hour and fifty-four minutes. This movie follows Kenji Koiso who is a math’s genius, and part-time OZ moderator who is invited by his crush Natsuki Shinohara on a summer trip. I thought that the animation of 3DCG and 2D digital animation for the OZ world was fantastic. This movie does contain a bath scene, but there’s no detailed nudity, just minor fanservice. I won’t go into the plot of this movie, but the theme of this movie is family. Overall, I thought that this movie was solid and is another winner IMO from Mamoru Hosoda and MadHouse.
