Rahxephon Volume Three - Novel Review

As I’m a big fan of the anime series Rahxephon, I thought that I would buy and read the Rahxephon novels, based on the anime series. This Rahxephon novel ends with Ayato flying off to Tokyo Jupiter, with Quon in the Rahxephon. This novel goes into detail what happens in Ayato’s dream, with Ayato touching one of Haruka’s breasts. In this novel, Haruka tells Ayato to move is hands lower on Haruka’s body, while cupping one of Haruka’s breasts, which isn’t included in the anime TV series. As the TV series shows that Sayoko and Makoto are having a relationship with one-another, when they break up in this novel. The item in the bag is a red dress that is cut up, that Sayoko wanted to show off to Itsuki. but can’t now, and it’s not lingerie that which is implied by Megumi doing the same thing to Souichi. Quon and Sayoko get a lot of character development in this novel, but IMO the relationship between Haruka and Ayato gets a lot of character development, in this novel. I thought that the few illustrations in this novel where interesting, though I like how this novel version of the cast of Rahxephon get developed more than the TV version of Rahxephon. I can’t wait to read volume four of Rahxephon, as I can’t wait to read more about Ayato’s mum. If you’re a fan of the Rahxephon TV series and looking for more details and development of the Rahxephon cast, then I would recommend this novel adaption to fans of this franchise.
