Appleseed: Ex-Machina- Anime Review

As I’m a fan of the sci-fi anime genre, I thought that I would watch the continuation of this movie franchise. This movie’s plot starts off with Brialeos convalescing after a mission with Deunan. Deunan is then assigned a new partner in Tereus, who is remarkably looks like Brialeos, when he was human. As this movie was made is 2007, I thought that the character models have been improved, from the previous Appleseed movie. I thought that this movie’s plot was good, and I thought that the characterization of the cast was an improvement over the previous Appleseed movie. Overall, I thought that this movie was solid, and I’m sad that there is no continuation of this franchise, as IMO the setting of this universe is interesting.
