DragonBall Z - Movie Three: Lord Slug - Anime Review

As I’m a casual fan of Dragon Ball Z, I thought that the runtime of fifty-two minutes, was the perfect runtime for this movie. I thought that the scene where Gohan and Hire Dragon dances to Gohan’s whistling, was a good scene. I thought that this movies villain (Slug-sama) was interesting, as Slug-sama is a Super Namekin. I thought that Slug-sama’s hench men (Gyuhu, Kakuja, Dorodabo, Angira and Medamatcha), where there only in this movie to be fodder for the Z warriors. I thought that the easter eggs of Dr.Slump as a poster in Gohan’s room, IMO was good. I thought that Yajirobe’s appearance in this movie was a welcome sight IMO, as IMO Yajirobe doesn’t get much screen time in general. Overall, I thought that this movie was average at best, but I hope the remaining Dragonball Z movies get better from a plot and action point of view.
