Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution Movie One - Anime Review

As I’m a fan of original works by studio Bones, I thought that I would check this movie out. As I haven’t watched the Eureka TV series, read the manga or played its video game of this franchise, I thought that this movie okay. I thought that the one hour and thirty-three-minute runtime, was the perfect runtime, to develop the character Renton. I thought that seeing Charles and Ray in there blue and red mecha, reminded me of Max and Millia from the Macross: Do You Remember Love movie. I thought that seeing the missile choreography of Itano circus in this movie, brought a smile to my face. As this movie is to focus on the character Renton, I thought that this movie did give character development to Renton. Overall, I thought that this was a solid original movie, and I can’t wait to watch the remaining two movies, in the near future.
