Sailor Moon Super S - The Movie - Anime Review

As I grew up with the dubbed version of Sailor Moon in the early nineties, I thought that this movie was average at best. I thought that the sixty minute run time was fine, but I found it too short due to this movie containing the nine sailor scouts, and the new characters, in this movie. I thought that the new characters Perle and Poupelin didn’t get much character development, in this movie. I thought it was great seeing Diana (daughter of Luna and Artemis). I thought that Queen Badiane was your typical villain, which was sad IMO, as I would like to see more screen time dedicated to this character. Overall, I enjoyed the extra (Ami’s first love) more than this movie. And that’s sad IMO.
