Scarlet - Anime Review

As I’m a fan of anime movies, mainly due to their larger budgets, I thought that this movie was good/interesting. Firstly, I thought that this movie features fantasy/adventure/romance/sci-fi elements. The plot of this movie is a revenge story, which has been done beforehand. I thought that the 3DCG of the characters and background were smooth. I also thought that the 2D digital animation was fine. I thought that the character design of the cast of this movie where a breath of fresh air, IMO. My favourite scenes from this movie are the staircase and dancing scenes. I thought that Hijiri was an interesting character, though I wanted more character background from Hijiri. I thought that Scarlet was an uninteresting character, that the audience can’t connect with, which IMO is an important element of anime. The ending credits of this movie feature still images from this movie. Overall, I thought that this movie had an interesting setting, but this movie also had an uninteresting main lead that IMO was boring in parts of this movie.
