The Boy and the Beast - Anime Review

As I’m a fan of anime movies, mainly due to their larger budgets, I thought that this movie was a solid movie. This movie has a run time of one hour and fifty-nine minutes and is a Fantasy/Adventure movie. This movie’s plot deals with Ren meeting Kumatestu, and both enter the beast realm. I thought that the bond that develops between Ren and Kumatestu for me, was the highlight of this movie. I thought that the 3DCG effects were excellent, as one would expect from a Mamoru Hosoda movie. Despite Ren getting a girlfriend near the last quarter of this movie, I thought that their relationship felt organic, IMO. This move features no post-credit ending scene, but this movie features still images from scenes from this movie, as the ending credits play out.
